Davinder Bhogal, known as "Goldy" to his friends and colleagues, is the Director and Principal Solicitor at Bhogal Solicitors and Immigration Lawyers. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Migration Law and Practice from Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia(WA). Davinder also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
With nine years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent, Davinder has developed extensive expertise handling various migration matters. He is a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of WA and has significant experience across a broad spectrum of Australian law.
As an immigrant himself, Davinder understands the complexities and challenges of navigating the Australian immigration system. He represents clients in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the State Administrative Tribunal, and the state courts of WA.
When he's not advocating for his clients, Davinder can often be found watching cricket at the Optus Stadium or enjoying a quiet drink with friends and colleagues at a local restaurant.
